Mindfulness Meditation Classes in Toronto
Weekly Mindfulness Meditation drop-in classes are offered in Toronto. Teachings are secular-based but drawn from Buddhist meditation sources.
Mindfulness Meditation classes are offered by donation. Attend as you can. No registration necessary. Everyone is welcome.

Freedom is not given to us by anyone; we have to cultivate it ourselves. It is a daily practice... No one can prevent you from being aware of each step you take or each breath in and breath out.
Snow Lion provides meditation classes and lectures in an effort to provide our community with a helpful and safe environment to explore various types of meditation practices.
Our lectures and presentations are not necessarily Buddhist in content although all guided by the values of wisdom and compassion.
Events are presented freely by Snow Lion. Dana/Donations are an opportunity for participants to practice generosity in the accordance with the 2700 year old Buddhist tradition.

Meditation Classes are held every Friday 7:30pm - 8:45pm at 662 Pape Avenue, Toronto
Class consists of sitting meditation, walking meditation, and a brief talk. Cushions and chairs are provided, please arrive and settle in by 7:20pm.
